Its concentric, point source, driver array, and its balanced cabinet design, produce an axiosymetric (equal vertical and horizontal) dispersion pattern. It may be positioned vertically or horizontally without affecting its performance. It is small enough to be placed in most locations and powerful enough to meet the most demanding requirements. The axiosymetric dispersion pattern, magnetic shielding, efficiency, bass extension, big speaker performance, and modest cost make the Segue the most well-suited speaker for stereo, home theater and surround sound systems. The Segue is ideal for use as a center channel, front, and rear speaker. Five Segues and one 15EXP will make an awesome Home Theater or Surround Sound system with identical timbral and soundstaging characteristics. With the Segue there are no bad seats in the house. Few speakers, at even twice the cost, can match the Segue's performance. Its musicality, timbral accuracy, and speed provide a unique view into music. The acoustic suspension cabinet of the Segue is finished in satin black lacquer panels and integral black fabric, which not only adds elegance to the cabinet but serves to absorb refractions thereby contributing to its performance.
